Duties and Responsibilities

The Cook will be responsible for:

Preparing and cooking Filipino and Asian-inspired dishes according to established recipes and quality standards.
Planning and organizing food preparation and cooking activities.
Ensuring food is prepared and presented to a high standard.
Monitoring food quality and portion control.
Maintaining kitchen cleanliness and compliance with food safety regulations.
Assisting with menu planning and development.
Managing stock levels and assisting with ordering supplies.
Working collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house staff.

Essential Requirements

Certificate IV in Kitchen Management or equivalent qualification.
Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience as a Cook.
Knowledge of Filipino cuisine is highly desirable.
Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.

Pay: $75,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person
