Wholesale Sales Assistant – Part-time and Full-time Roles

Location: Fitzroy North

Hours: Monday – Friday

Department: Wholesale

Reports to: Director and Head of Wholesale

About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Wholesale Sales Assistant to support our wholesale division in a Front of House role at our CKM HQ.

This position is ideal for a confident, results-driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced sales environment and enjoys building strong, long-term client relationships. If you are a natural salesperson with a strong operational mindset, an eye for fashion, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences, this is an exciting opportunity to grow within an established wholesale fashion business.

The Role:

· Our front-of-house powerhouse who leads, inspires, and motivates your team to smash their allocated KPI's.

· Lead with energy, confidence, and a hands-on approach. This is a laborious role, so consider lots of packing and unpacking garments.

· Build strong, long-term client relationships that drive consistent repeat business.

· Deliver an exceptional customer experience through personalised interactions.

· Represent CKM with passion, knowledge, and a genuine love for fashion.

· Uplift your team, coach, and develop in a supportive environment.

· Foster a warm, inclusive environment that reflects our strong community-focused culture.

Key Responsibilities:

· Act as a Front of House ambassador for CKM, delivering a welcoming and professional customer experience

· Assist with the presentation, curation, and pitching of weekly styles to existing, new, and prospective wholesale customers

· Confidently discuss product details, trends, and ranges with buyers and decision-makers

· Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business

· Support proactive business development through outreach, follow-ups, and appointment setting

· Assist in achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs

· Represent the CKM brand with professionalism, energy, and a genuine passion for fashion

· Maintain showroom standards, visual presentation, and sample organisation

· Assist with order processing, administration, and CRM system updates

Required Skills & Experience:

· 2+ years’ experience in wholesale or retail sales (fashion industry preferred)

· Strong communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills

· Confident, energetic, and customer-focused approach to sales

· Highly organised with strong attention to detail

· Results-driven mindset with the ability to work towards sales targets

· Comfortable using POS systems, CRM platforms, and internal sales systems

· Strong understanding of fashion trends, styling, and product presentation

· Proactive, reliable, and self-motivated

· Confident engaging with clients at all levels
