Full Job Description

Castle is looking for a motivated junior team member who has recently finished university or college and has a genuine passion for AI, automation and technology.

This is a unique opportunity to work directly alongside senior management, helping design and implement AI-powered systems that improve the way our business operates. You'll gain hands-on experience applying modern AI tools to real business challenges while learning the commercial façade and construction industry from the ground up.

This isn't a traditional administration role. We're looking for someone who enjoys solving problems, learning new technology and helping build smarter ways of working.

What you'll be involved in

Working with management to identify opportunities for AI and automation across the business.
Helping design and implement custom workflows and software tailored to Castle's operations.
Researching and testing the latest AI tools and technologies.
Assisting with purchase order and bill management under supervision.
Supporting the rollout of new company systems and procedures.
Assisting with safety documentation and compliance processes.
General operational and administrative support across the business.
Learning our commercial façade construction processes to better understand how technology can improve them.

What we're looking for

Recently completed a university or college qualification (or about to graduate).
Strong understanding of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, automation platforms or similar technologies.
Curious mindset with a passion for learning and improving systems.
Excellent computer skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and organisational skills.
Ability to work independently while collaborating with a close-knit management team.
An interest in construction, engineering or business operations is highly regarded.

Bonus points if you have experience with

No-code or low-code platforms.
Microsoft Power Automate, Make, Zapier or n8n.
Python, JavaScript or other programming languages.
Buildertrend, Xero or other business management software.
Process mapping or workflow design.
