Job Description:

We’re looking for on-site event operators to join our growing team. This hands-on role combines photography, event operations, and brand ambassador responsibilities — perfect for someone who thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environments.

As an Operator, you’ll be at the forefront of delivering memorable brand activations — from conventions to private functions and everything in between. You’ll get to work with big brands, New technology, and a passionate team that makes every event come to life.

Responsibilities:

Pick up and load event kits and equipment into vans
Set up event equipment (camera kits, lighting, road cases, branded setups, TVs, printers, etc.)
Communicate with the internal team and on-site contacts
Use photography skills to test and ensure the best quality output
Apply technical skills to troubleshoot issues on-site
Engage attendees and promote the activation experience
Manage attendee flow and maintain a safe, positive environment
Pack down equipment and return to storage post-event

Requirements:

Polite Playground thrives on team members who bring a friendly, adaptable, and can-do attitude to the table. Here’s what we’re looking for:

Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Self-driven and adaptable under pressure
Organizational skills and attention to detail
Experience in photography and/or videography (not essential if you’re more brand ambassador focused)
Flexibility to work varying hours, including evenings and weekends
Must hold a valid driver’s license and be comfortable driving vans
