Full Job Description

About the Role
Reporting to the Chef Manager at Langford Grange, supervise a team of Food Service Assistants to provide fresh, high-quality meals for residents including catering for special dietary requirements. You will ensure that the kitchen is clean, safe food handling practices are followed, and all meals are nutritious and well presented. Permanent position available.
Week 1: Friday 0930-1730, Saturday 0930-1730, Sunday 0930-1730.
Week 2: Saturday 0930-1730, Sunday 0930-1730

Essential Requirements

Experience as a Cook in aged care
HLTFSE001 'Follow basic food safety practices'
HLTFSE005 'Apply and monitor food safety requirements'
HLTFSE007 'Oversee the day-to-day implementation of food safety in the workplace'
Current and valid police check
Vaccination certificate
