About the Role
As an Administration Officer, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the business by providing high-quality administrative support and helping to ensure the office runs efficiently and effectively.
This is a diverse and hands-on role that requires excellent organisational skills, strong attention to detail, and a proactive approach to managing a variety of administrative functions. Your responsibilities will include coordinating travel and accommodation bookings, preparing board reports and meeting documentation, maintaining records, and undertaking a broad range of general administrative tasks to support the wider business.
You will work closely with employees, managers, customers, and external service providers, requiring strong communication skills and the ability to build positive working relationships.
