About the Role: Based in Tingalpa, Brisbane, you will join our client services team in a varied, customer-facing role reporting to the Team Leader. Working alongside our auditors and colleagues across operations, sales and finance, you will play an important role in supporting the successful delivery of certification and training services to our clients and helping us achieve our customer service objectives.

The role is focused on proactively scheduling audits for the audit team by gathering the right information to ensure compliance and customer requirements are met and enabling our auditors to hit their productivity targets.

You will also manage inbound customer enquiries and to assist our clients in understanding our range of products and services.
Your experience plus our training processes will set you up well to be successful in this role.

Key responsibilities include:

Planning and delivering customer outcomes, scheduling projects and ensuring customers are informed throughout the process.
Identifying customer needs that can create revenue opportunities.
Regular customer check-in to ensure customer service is satisfactory.
Work with our operations, sales and finance teams to coordinate a successful delivery.
Annual teams calls with clients to help with their future needs

About You

You are a confident and professional communicator who is comfortable speaking with everyone from white collar senior managers to blue collar small business owners.
You have a strong telephone manner and take pride in providing responsive, helpful customer service.
You have two to five years’ experience in customer service, administration, scheduling or a similar role.
Experience using CRM or ERP systems is beneficial but not essential. Familiarity with Zoho would be an advantage, with full training provided.
You are organised, self-motivated and able to manage competing priorities with minimal supervision.
Most importantly, you enjoy helping people, following through on commitments and ensuring every detail is taken care of for the client.
