Full Job Description

We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented and creative Marketing Coordinator to join our team in Canberra.

This role is well suited to someone who enjoys working across digital marketing, content creation, design support and day-to-day marketing coordination. You will support the team in managing social media channels, preparing marketing materials, coordinating property campaigns, assisting with client enquiries, and helping maintain a consistent and professional brand presence across online and offline platforms.

You may already have experience in social media, content creation, basic graphic design, real estate marketing, customer communication or marketing administration — and are now looking for an opportunity to further develop your skills in a practical, fast-paced business environment.

About the Role

In this role, you will work closely with the sales, leasing and property management teams to support marketing activities across the business. You will assist with digital content, property marketing materials, CRM email campaigns, supplier coordination, marketing reporting and internal marketing processes.

Key responsibilities include:

1. Digital Marketing

Managing day-to-day updates across company social media platforms and assisting with the planning, creation and publishing of brand, project and property-related content;
Responding to online enquiries, conducting initial lead, and directing enquiries to the appropriate team members for follow-up;
Maintaining brand pages across property platforms including REA, Domain and Allhomes to ensure information is accurate, consistent and aligned with the company’s brand image;
Assisting with EDM and CRM email marketing, including email design, content editing, formatting and campaign delivery;
Preparing regular marketing summaries, including social media performance, advertising results, enquiry sources and campaign outcomes;
Supporting the planning and coordination of online and offline marketing activities, project promotions and client engagement initiatives;

2. Design & Support

Assisting with the creation of developer project marketing materials, including project profiles, brochures, posters, social media graphics, short videos and promotional copy;
Providing marketing support to sales and leasing teams by preparing and updating listing materials, property marketing content and client-facing documents;
Coordinating the design, production, ordering and stock management of marketing materials, including signboards, brochures, flyers, gifts and branded collateral;
Liaising with external stakeholders to coordinate production, delivery and quality control;
Maintaining the company’s marketing asset library, including images, videos, project files, brand documents and historical marketing materials;
Supporting the development and improvement of marketing SOPs to help create more efficient and consistent internal processes.

About You

The ideal candidate will be organised, reliable and comfortable working across multiple tasks. You will have a good eye for design, strong written communication skills, and the ability to follow through on tasks with care and attention to detail.

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:

Experience using Canva, Photoshop, CapCut or similar design and video editing tools will be highly regarded;
A good sense of visual presentation and the ability to maintain a consistent brand style;
Strong written communication skills in both English and Chinese, with the ability to prepare clear and engaging marketing content;
Good time management skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy environment;
Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively with sales teams, leasing teams and external suppliers;
An interest in using ChatGPT or other AI tools to improve content creation, planning and work efficiency.
