Full Job Description

Koala Solutions is a leading Australian Immigration Consulting firm, providing a full range of services, from immigration law and student support to expert career counselling and workforce integration solutions for businesses.

Scope of the Role:

Legal Administration Support: Assist with preparing legal submissions, drafting and reviewing immigration applications, managing client communication, and maintaining case files.
Student Support and Lead Conversion: Guide students through the enrollment process and support their visa application journey.
Social Media Management: Develop engaging content, manage community interactions, and enhance our brand visibility across social platforms.

What We’re Looking For:

Self-Starter & Idea Generator: Be proactive in shaping and innovating services and client interactions.
Great Communication Skills: Strong command of the English language, with excellent phone etiquette and communication, especially for legal submissions.
Hands-on Administrative Support: Proficient in administrative tasks related to legal practices and immigration procedures, with a keen eye for detail.
Creative Storyteller: Develop and produce relevant, compelling content for social media and other platforms.
Multitasking & Time Management: Efficiently manage multiple tasks simultaneously, balancing client needs, legal submissions, and marketing activities without compromising quality.

It’s a bonus if you have:

MARA registration and extensive knowledge of Australian Immigration law.
Previous experience in skills assessments and visa applications.
Proficiency in social media platforms, particularly TikTok.
Interest in or actively pursuing studies in Migration law.
Fluency in additional languages such as Tagalog, Nepalese, Mandarin, etc.
