Case Management Officer

Salary: Clerk Grade 5/6 ranging from $102,936 to $113,579 + Super
This is a targeted recruitment. Your role
Assist clients to understand the Tribunal process, including encouraging the participation of persons with a disability
Manage complex cases where there may be significant conflict between parties
List and prepare matters for hearing, write hearing reports for the Tribunal, prepare, and send documents to clients
Contact clients to determine how they will participate in Tribunal hearings
Comply with procedures and legislation relevant to the Tribunal

What we’re looking for
We are looking for someone who is motivated, takes initiative and has strong customer service skills.
You will:
Be interested in supporting people with disability
Be capable of being professional with challenging clients
Be willing to develop your skills and knowledge of legislation, legal principles, and procedures
Have strong communication and negotiation skills
Have experience working in a high-volume environment with set timeframes
Be able to manage your individual workload independently and efficiently
Have an ability to maintain a high degree of accuracy
