Full Job Description

Join our Education team and play a key role in supporting member training, maintaining compliance, and delivering exceptional service to our members. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented administrator who enjoys working with systems and data, thrives in a dynamic operational environment, and takes pride in delivering exceptional support and service.

This role is advertised on a full-time basis; however, a part-time arrangement may be considered for the right candidate.

What You’ll Do:

Coordinate training administration, enrolments, assessments and certification activities.
Maintain accurate training records and student data within aXcelerate and other systems.
Provide exceptional customer service and support to members, trainers and stakeholders.
Assist with compliance, reporting and regulatory requirements relating to training delivery.
Support continuous improvement initiatives across training administration processes.
Contribute to the effective operation of the Education team through proactive administrative support.

About You:

Current Working with Children Blue Card (or the ability to obtain).
Demonstrated experience in an administrative or support role, ideally within an education, training or member services environment.
Strong proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word and Excel.
Experience using databases and maintaining accurate records.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with a range of stakeholders.
High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines.
Ability to work autonomously while contributing positively to a team environment.

Desirable:

Qualifications in Vocational Education and Training (VET), Business Administration and/or Project Management.
Previous experience in a training administration role within a Registered Training Organisation (RTO).
Experience using a Student Management System (SMS) or Learning Management System (LMS), preferably aXcelerate.
Experience providing learner, member or client support in an education or training environment.
Understanding of vocational education and training compliance requirements and training administration processes.
