About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Business Development Associate to join our Workstay team. This role offers a unique opportunity to utilise your business development skills while contributing to the growth of our business. Working closely with senior team members, you will identify opportunities, build relationships, and support our clients with high-quality solutions.
Key Responsibilities:

Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the mining, resources and infrastructure sectors.

Preparation of proposals, presentations and contracts for prospective and existing clients, including maintenance of our content library and templates.

Maintain and update the CRM system to track leads, opportunities, and client interactions.

Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, acting as a trusted point of contact.

Collaborate with the operations team to ensure client requirements are met effectively and efficiently.

Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and potential clients.

Attend industry events and networking opportunities to promote Discovery Workstay's services.

Provide contract advice and oversight to ensure we deliver on our commitments to our clients and our staff.
About you:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and independently.

May also suit a project, legal or contract administrator looking for a more interactive and client facing role.

Basic understanding of the mining, resources, construction, or infrastructure sectors is preferred but not essential. Previous village management, food safety or hospitality experience highly regarded but not essential.

Any tertiary qualifications in business, hospitality or other relevant fields are highly regarded but not essential

Familiarity with CRM and PMS systems preferred but not essential.
