For the first time in 18 years, we are seeking an exceptional Centre Director to lead one of Bayside’s most respected early learning centres.

This position has never before been advertised externally, making it a truly unique opportunity to join a privately owned, family-focused organisation with a reputation for excellence, long-term relationships and outstanding care.

About the Role

As Centre Director, you will lead the day-to-day operations of the service while inspiring and supporting a dedicated team of educators.

You’ll be responsible for:

Leading and mentoring a passionate team
Building strong relationships with children and families
Ensuring compliance with the National Quality Framework
Driving occupancy and maintaining a high-quality service
Supporting curriculum excellence alongside educational leaders
Managing rostering, staffing and centre administration
Creating a positive, collaborative workplace culture

About You

You’ll bring:

Previous experience as a Centre Director or Assistant Director
A Diploma or Bachelor qualification in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
Current Working with Children Check
Strong knowledge of the National Quality Framework and National Regulations
Outstanding leadership and communication skills
A genuine passion for supporting children, families and educators
