About the Role
As Centre Director, you will lead the day-to-day operations of the service while inspiring and supporting a dedicated team of educators.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Leading and mentoring a passionate team
- Building strong relationships with children and families
- Ensuring compliance with the National Quality Framework
- Driving occupancy and maintaining a high-quality service
- Supporting curriculum excellence alongside educational leaders
- Managing rostering, staffing and centre administration
- Creating a positive, collaborative workplace culture
About You
You’ll bring:
- Previous experience as a Centre Director or Assistant Director
- A Diploma or Bachelor qualification in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
- Current Working with Children Check
- Strong knowledge of the National Quality Framework and National Regulations
- Outstanding leadership and communication skills
- A genuine passion for supporting children, families and educators
