Full Job Description

Our client, Divine Support Care Pty Ltd, is looking for a qualified and experienced HR Advisor to support the organisation's human resource functions and contribute to the effective management of its growing workforce delivering disability support services.

Job Title:

HR Advisor

Responsibility:

Provide professional human resource advice and support while assisting with recruitment, employee relations, workplace compliance, and the implementation of HR policies across the organisation.

Duties:

Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including preparing job advertisements, shortlisting applicants, conducting interviews, and assisting with hiring decisions.
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases while ensuring confidentiality and compliance with organisational and legislative requirements.
Provide advice and support to managers on employee relations, workplace policies, performance management, and disciplinary matters.
Coordinate employee induction and onboarding programs, ensuring new staff are familiar with organisational policies, procedures, and employment conditions.
Liaise with department managers to identify staffing requirements and prepare accurate position descriptions, remuneration details, and employment conditions.
Promote employment opportunities through appropriate recruitment channels and respond to enquiries from prospective candidates.
Assist in addressing workplace issues, employee grievances, and disputes by providing practical HR guidance and supporting fair resolution processes.
Ensure compliance with relevant employment legislation, Awards, workplace agreements, and internal HR policies when administering employment matters.
Contribute to the review and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and initiatives that support organisational objectives and workforce development.
Support employee engagement, learning and development, and workforce planning initiatives to maintain a positive and productive workplace within the disability support services environment.

Qualification:

AQF bachelor’s degree or higher qualification in Human Resource Management, Business, or a related discipline.
At least one year of relevant experience, or alternatively, a minimum of three years of relevant work experience in a similar role.

Salary:

$90,000 - $100,000 + Superannuation

Full Time:

38 hours per week

Pay: $90,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person
