Our client, Divine Support Care Pty Ltd, is looking for a qualified and experienced HR Advisor to support the organisation's human resource functions and contribute to the effective management of its growing workforce delivering disability support services.

Responsibility:
- Provide professional human resource advice and support while assisting with recruitment, employee relations, workplace compliance, and the implementation of HR policies across the organisation.
Duties:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including preparing job advertisements, shortlisting applicants, conducting interviews, and assisting with hiring decisions.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases while ensuring confidentiality and compliance with organisational and legislative requirements.
- Provide advice and support to managers on employee relations, workplace policies, performance management, and disciplinary matters.
- Coordinate employee induction and onboarding programs, ensuring new staff are familiar with organisational policies, procedures, and employment conditions.
- Liaise with department managers to identify staffing requirements and prepare accurate position descriptions, remuneration details, and employment conditions.
- Promote employment opportunities through appropriate recruitment channels and respond to enquiries from prospective candidates.
- Assist in addressing workplace issues, employee grievances, and disputes by providing practical HR guidance and supporting fair resolution processes.
- Ensure compliance with relevant employment legislation, Awards, workplace agreements, and internal HR policies when administering employment matters.
- Contribute to the review and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and initiatives that support organisational objectives and workforce development.
- Support employee engagement, learning and development, and workforce planning initiatives to maintain a positive and productive workplace within the disability support services environment.
Qualification:
- AQF bachelor’s degree or higher qualification in Human Resource Management, Business, or a related discipline.
- At least one year of relevant experience, or alternatively, a minimum of three years of relevant work experience in a similar role.
Salary:
- $90,000 - $100,000 + Superannuation
Full Time:
Pay: $90,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year
