What you’ll do
As the In-house Creator Studio Manager, you will lead the Content Creator & Editor team, providing both craft leadership and operational management including traffic management of briefs and work going through the team.

Lead, coach, and inspire a team of 3 content creators and editors, providing clear direction, professional development, and day-to-day performance management to foster a high-performing, creative culture.

Proven experience establishing and enforcing a rigorous pre-production process including storyboarding, narrative scripting, shot lists, and hook variations before production is greenlit.

Act as the senior creative authority, stepping onto the floor or into the field to direct execution and extract authentic storytelling from store employees and talent.

Deconstruct corporate briefs into actionable, platform-first frameworks and synthesise stakeholder notes into clear, craft-focused directives for the squad.

Oversee end-to-end traffic management, resource allocation, and quality assurance (technical checks, accessibility, brand compliance) to hit commercial deadlines efficiently.

Collaborate with the Senior Social Integration Manager, marketing teams, and agency partners while leveraging emerging social trends and technology to drive content performance.
What you’ll bring

6+ years leading social media creative teams, ideally within a social/digital/creative environments, digital publisher, or fast-paced brand environment accustomed to high-tempo campaign delivery.

Proficient in end-to-end social editing, spanning native platform tools through advanced workflows in the Adobe Creative Suite.

Proven track record of ideating and pitching high-impact social concepts, both independently and in collaboration with in-house creator teams.

Hands on experience using social editing tools - from native platform tools right through to the Adobe Creative Suite

Ability to concept and pitch social concepts - independently and on behalf / with the in house creator team

Strong understanding of paid social formats, production processes, paid optimisation metrics, and UGC curation across major platforms, with a proven track record of campaign success.

Demonstrated ability to lead and navigate a team through a strategic pivot, help the creative team navigate evolving priorities, specifically transitioning from an organic focus toward performance-driven paid campaigns.

Hands-on experience coaching creators in paid best practices through essential pre-production (storyboards, scripts, hook variations) and directing talent or frontline staff in the field.

Expertise in translating complex corporate and paid briefs into platform-first creative frameworks, while filtering broad stakeholder feedback into sharp, craft-focused edits.

Fluency in optimising creative design and backend metadata for agentic AI discovery (LLM search) and modern social search best practices will be highly regarded.
