What you’ll do
The Social Advocacy & Community Manager will be central to the establishment of a newly created team focused on developing external advocacy, recommendations, conversations and communities relating to our brand, to drive improved brand health metrics, trade, supplier funding and share of model/agentic customer journey outcomes.

Develop and scale a structured, multi-tier influencer network spanning macro brand ambassadors, routine lifestyle creators, and lower-funnel retail affiliates.

Manage relationships, contracts, and long-term rolling retainers with top-tier talent, creators, and talent management agencies.

Partner with commercial media networks (like Cartology) and agency partners to build sellable, supplier-funded social concepts that drive revenue.

Design performance frameworks, threshold metrics, and content selection criteria to systematically identify high-performing organic or creator content for paid media boosting.

Build creative briefs, voice guardrails, and platform playbooks that guide creators to deliver native, unpolished, social content.

Lead community engagement at a large scale, including establishing escalation frameworks and briefing customer care teams to handle high-volume day-to-day moderation.
What you’ll bring

Specialist-generalist marketing background: 6-7+ years of experience blending deep, cutting-edge social platform expertise with proven experience building and leading Influencer/Creator programs and online communities.

Multi-tier creator strategy implementation: proven track record of developing and scaling a structured, multi-tier influencer network spanning macro brand ambassadors, routine lifestyle creators, and lower-funnel retail affiliates.

Commercial talent contracting: direct experience managing relationships, contracts, and long-term rolling retainers with top-tier talent, creators, and talent management agencies.

Cross-functional stakeholder partnering: strong capability working alongside commercial media networks (like cartology) and agency partners to build sellable, supplier-funded social concepts that drive revenue.

Paid media amplification frameworks: experience designing performance frameworks, threshold metrics, and content selection criteria to systematically identify high-performing organic or creator content for paid media boosting.

Creative playbook and guardrail authorship: experience building creative briefs, voice guardrails, and platform playbooks that guide creators to deliver native, unpolished, social content.

Enterprise community strategy: experience managing community engagement at a large scale, including establishing escalation frameworks and briefing customer care teams to handle high-volume day-to-day moderation.
