What is the opportunity?

As a Territory Manager, you'll be the face of our licensed brands on the road, building trust, creating impact, managing a diverse territory spanning Campbelltown, Camden, the Southern Highlands, Goulburn, and surrounding regional and metropolitan areas

This is a hands-on sales role where you'll grow our iconic portfolio, strengthen customer partnerships, manage company assets, and identify new business opportunities. Your ability to build relationships, influence customers, and execute with excellence will be key to your success.

What you'll be doing:

Achieving sales targets and growing distribution across your territory.
Identifying and converting new business opportunities through prospecting, cold calling and product presentations.
Executing promotional activity and ensuring compliance across all customer accounts.
Managing Suntory refrigeration and assets in line with ROI guidelines.
Delivering exceptional customer service and resolving issues efficiently.
Partnering with customers to implement category management initiatives and maintain planogram standards.
Building strong and lasting relationships across your customer network.

About you

Ideally, you'll bring:

Previous sales experience, or experience within the alcohol, hospitality, retail or FMCG industries.
Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
A self-motivated approach with the ability to work autonomously.
A results-driven mindset and a passion for achieving goals.
Confidence influencing and negotiating with customers.
Excellent planning and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Strong commercial awareness and customer focus.
Comfort using digital tools such as Microsoft Office and Outlook.
A collaborative team-first attitude.
A valid unrestricted driver's licence.
