THE OPPORTUNITY

As Assistant Club Manager, you'll support the daily operations of the club while helping deliver an outstanding member experience. Your key responsibilities include:

Support daily club operations and help lead the sales and fitness teams
Drive membership growth through proactive sales calls, lead follow-up, exceptional customer service and membership sales
Coach, support and motivate staff to achieve individual and club goals
Motivate and support members to achieve their fitness goals
Maintain professional standards while promoting member wellbeing

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

We're looking for someone who is passionate about helping people become the healthiest version of themselves. You'll ideally have

Experience in the fitness industry, preferably within Anytime Fitness, with proven capability in sales, customer service, administration, social media, club operations, and working in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and people leadership skills
A passion for health, fitness and member experience
Proven ability to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service
A proactive attitude with excellent organisation and time management
