Anytime Fitness Rockdale Station is looking for an energetic and driven Club Manager to take ownership of our club’s success. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated leader who enjoys building relationships, developing teams, and creating meaningful experiences for members every day.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
- A confident and inspiring leader who can motivate, coach, and develop a team.
- Previous management experience in fitness, retail, hospitality, sales, or another customer-focused industry.
- A strong understanding of sales, lead conversion, and delivering results.
- Someone who enjoys building relationships and creating genuine connections within the community.
- A passion for health, fitness, and helping others achieve their goals.
- A proactive attitude with the ability to take ownership and drive club performance.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to create a positive, inclusive team culture.
This is a FULL-TIME Monday–Friday opportunity for someone ready to lead from the front and make a real impact.
YOUR ROLE WILL INCLUDE:
- Taking ownership of the club’s growth, performance, and overall success.
- Driving membership growth through sales, lead follow-up, community engagement, and local partnerships.
- Leading, coaching, and developing a high-performing team.
- Creating a welcoming, inclusive, and motivating environment for members and staff.
- Managing daily club operations while maintaining high standards of cleanliness, safety, and service.
- Implementing strategies to improve member experience, retention, and business results.
