About the Role

We are seeking a creative and organised Web Designer & Digital Marketing Specialist to manage our digital content, support marketing campaigns, and maintain a consistent brand presence across our website, social media channels, and marketing materials.

This role combines graphic design, website content management, social media marketing, short-form video production, and general marketing support. The successful candidate will collaborate with internal departments and external partners to produce engaging and effective marketing content.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, design, and produce digital marketing materials using Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and other design tools.
Design and update website content, including banners, landing pages, promotional images, and product and service information.
Plan, create, publish, and manage content for social media platforms such as Instagram.
Develop and maintain a social media content calendar.
Produce short-form videos and promotional content using video-editing software.
Support the planning and execution of online and offline marketing campaigns, promotions, and events.
Monitor social media engagement, customer feedback, and content performance.
Respond to customer enquiries through relevant communication channels.
Maintain a professional and consistent brand image across all marketing and customer communication channels.
Collaborate with internal departments and external partners on marketing and design projects.
Provide basic troubleshooting support for Windows-based work computers.
Assist with marketing administration, reporting, and performance analysis.

Essential Skills and Experience

Must be fluent in Korean, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
Experience in web design, graphic design, digital marketing, or a related role.
Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
Experience creating and managing social media content, particularly for Instagram.
Experience producing short-form videos using video-editing software.
Understanding of digital marketing, branding, content planning, and campaign execution.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain brand consistency.
Strong organisational and time-management skills.
Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Basic knowledge of Windows computers and workplace IT troubleshooting.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Desirable Skills and Qualifications

Experience in product packaging design, including artwork preparation and print-ready file production.
Qualification in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, Multimedia, or a related field.
Experience managing website or e-commerce content.
Familiarity with content management systems and e-commerce platforms such as Shopify.
Knowledge of social media analytics and marketing performance reporting.
Experience in retail, wholesale, food distribution, or e-commerce will be highly regarded.

Pay: From $70,000.00 per year
