Full Job Description

Sneaky's Restaurant in Angle Vale are are looking to hire After Hours Administration Assistants on a casual basis.

We are a busy Italian restaurant with an outstanding local reputation for delivering premium food to our local community. In addition to our restaurant, we also offer takeaway and delivery services and have a private function space available to hire for events and weddings.

Our After Hours Administration team works closely with our full-time office staff to ensure restaurant operations run as smoothly as possible during the evenings and weekends.

Shifts Available Includes:

Wednesday - 5:00pm-8:00pm
Thursday - 5:00pm-8:00pm
Friday - 4:00pm-8:00pm
Saturday - 10:00pm-8:00pm

*Please only apply for this position if you are available for at least two of the above shifts each week.

**Friday and Sunday dayshifts may be required from time to time

Responsibilities Include:

Answering phones
Making and altering bookings for customers
Placing orders for takeaway and delivery customers through our in-house POS system
Assisting customers with enquiries for functions
Checking our inbox for important emails
Confirming upcoming bookings with customers
Creating and printing run sheets for FOH staff
Reporting back to office staff with any problems
Keeping office tidy and organised
General office administration support as needed

Who We Are Looking For:

Friendly and polite with excellent communication skills (particularly over the phone)
Great organisational skills and attention to detail
Ability to successfully work autonomously and ask for help when needed
Adaptability and problem solving skills are beneficial
Thrives in a fast-paced environment and a quick learner
Previous experience in a customer service or administration role would be beneficial
Previous experience in hospitality is highly regarded
A love of Italian food is great to have too!
This role would best suit university students, those looking to get back into the workforce after time off or those looking for extra work outside their current positions.
