We are seeking a detail orientated and proactive Planning Coordinator to join our team, supporting the delivery of high quality, person-centered to our customers. This role plays a critical part in ensuring participant supports are effectively planned, compliant and aligned with individual needs and funding. This position can be located in our Albury or Orange offices.

About the Role

As a Planning Coordinator you will be responsible for interpreting relevant awards and translating participant plans into practical, sustainable rostering solutions. You will work closely with internal teams to balance participant needs, workforce capability and funding constraints.

Key Responsibilities

Create schedules to ensure the delivery of person centered, high quality supports to our participants
Interpret SCHADS Award (and other relevant instruments) to ensure compliant rostering and cost management
Consult with staff and Managers to support effective rostering outcomes and workforce engagement
Effectively manage your time and priorities to ensure deliverables are met within required timeframes
Develop staff schedules that ensure meaningful staff engagement and meaningful employment
Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure service delivery meets participant needs

About You

Strong understanding of the SCHADS Award and workforce planning principles
Experience in rostering within the disability, aged care, or community services sector
High level of resilience and ability to thrive in a fast paced environment
Proven ability to manage your time, priorities and working relationships to consistently meet deliverables
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
High attention to detail and strong communication skills
