Graduate Social Worker (Early Childhood & NDIS)

About the Role:

As our Graduate Social Worker, you'll support young children with disability and developmental differences, along with their families, using a strengths-based, family-centred approach.

No two days are the same. You'll have the opportunity to:

Support children and families within the Early Childhood and NDIS environment.
Build trusting relationships with children, parents, carers, and other professionals.
Assist families to identify goals, navigate supports, and build confidence.
Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
Participate in assessments, planning, and therapeutic supports.
Develop your report writing and professional communication skills.
Receive ongoing mentoring, supervision, and professional development.

Have recently completed (or are about to complete) a Bachelor of Social Work.
Have a genuine passion for working with young children and families.
Are kind, compassionate, patient, and approachable.

Communicate confidently and respectfully with families and colleagues.
Are organised, reliable, and motivated to make a positive impact.
Hold (or are willing to obtain) a Working with Children Check, NDIS Worker Screening Check, National Police Check, and a current driver's licence.
