Gippsland Regional Aquatic Centre (GRAC) is a state-of-the-art recreation centre located in Traralgon, Victoria. We run a variety of fitness and swim programs and memberships to suit adults and children. So whether you're looking for a new gym, group fitness classes, personal training, lap swimming or swimming lessons - we have something for everyone. If you are ready to inspire and motivate others to achieve their fitness goals, then we want to hear from you.

Reformer Pilates Instructor

As our Reformer Pilates Instructor, you will be responsible for leading pilates classes and coaching a wide range of clients. You must have exceptional communication skills to effectively inform and demonstrate the benefits of participating in our reformer classes. For this role, you will require a Pilates Instructor Certification.

This is a casual position, with an hourly rate of $57.41 + super + Y benefits.

About you

As our Group Fitness Instructor you will be a highly motivated individual with a passion for health and fitness. You will possess exceptional communication skills and can effectively motivate and inspire clients to achieve their fitness goals. You will have a deep understanding of various training styles and methods, and can cater to the needs of a wide range of clients during our classes.

Our ideal candidate is also highly organised, able to manage their time effectively, and can ensure the smooth running of our classes.

Above all, you will be a team player who can bring your own positive energy and enthusiasm to our team!

You will need experience in taking group fitness classes to be successful in this role.

Essential Qualifications

Certificate III or IV in Fitness or Group Exercise Leader or approved equivalent
Maintain current AUSactive registration
HLTAID009 Provide Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation
HLTAID011 Provide First Aid
