About the Role
As a Club Pilates Instructor, you'll deliver safe, engaging, and high-quality Reformer Pilates classes while creating an exceptional member experience. You'll work with clients ranging from beginners through to experienced participants, helping them build strength, mobility, confidence, and overall wellbeing.
What You'll Be Doing
Deliver dynamic and engaging Reformer Pilates classes.
Provide modifications and progressions to suit all fitness levels and abilities.
Foster a positive, inclusive, and welcoming studio environment.
Build strong relationships with members and encourage their ongoing progress.
Maintain a high standard of professionalism, safety, and customer service.
Work collaboratively with our studio team to create an outstanding member experience.
Essential Requirements
Minimum Reformer Pilates Certification.
Minimum Mat Pilates Certification.
Current CPR and First Aid Certificate.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A genuine passion for health, movement, and helping others succeed.
Reliable, professional, and enthusiastic attitude.
Desirable
Experience teaching group Reformer Pilates classes.
Additional Pilates or fitness qualifications.
