Your Role

An exciting opportunity exists for a Classroom Support Assistant to join the staff of Shalom College, Bundaberg. This is a term-time continuing position for 30 hpw, commencing Term 3, 2026 as negotiated with the successful applicant.

As a Classroom Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting teachers and students in their learning journey. Your responsibilities may include:

Providing one-on-one or small group support to students, including students with additional needs.
Monitoring student progress and behaviour, providing feedback to teachers
Assisting with administrative tasks, such as record-keeping and organising educational materials.
