Are you an experienced Centre Manager / NS ready for your next challenge to build something truly special from the ground up?

Radical Recruitment is proud to partner with a family-owned Approved Provider in Strathfield, committed to delivering high-quality early childhood education and care. We are seeking a passionate and driven Centre Director to lead the launch of a brand-new service opening in July 2026. This is a rare opportunity for a motivated leader who thrives on creating strong foundations, shaping culture, and making a meaningful impact from day one.

Why This Role Matters

As Centre Manager, you will play a pivotal role in establishing a high-performing, values-driven service. You will lead operations, inspire your team, and drive a culture of continuous improvement and excellence in practice. This role offers the chance to build strong, lasting relationships with children, families, and educators while embedding yourself in a welcoming and supportive community.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the overall operations of the centre, ensuring high-quality service delivery for children, families, and staff
Oversee day-to-day management, including enrolments, staffing, and regulatory compliance
Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing team aligned with the service’s vision and values
Guide educators in delivering engaging, play-based learning experiences that support child-led exploration
Maintain the highest standards of health, safety, and wellbeing across the service
Foster strong, respectful relationships with children, families, and the broader community
Partner closely with the Approved Provider to ensure compliance with the National Law, Regulations, and sector standards

About You

Bachelor’s or Diploma in early childhood education.
Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Centre Director / Nominated Supervisor
Strong, working knowledge of the National Quality Framework (NQF), EYLF, and relevant legislation
Proven leadership capability with the ability to inspire, guide, and retain teams
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Current Child Protection training and a deep commitment to child-safe practices
