We are seeking a passionate and driven Centre Director to lead the launch of a brand-new service opening in July 2026. Key Responsibilities
- Lead the overall operations of the centre, ensuring high-quality service delivery for children, families, and staff
- Oversee day-to-day management, including enrolments, staffing, and regulatory compliance
- Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing team aligned with the service’s vision and values
- Guide educators in delivering engaging, play-based learning experiences that support child-led exploration
- Maintain the highest standards of health, safety, and wellbeing across the service
- Foster strong, respectful relationships with children, families, and the broader community
- Partner closely with the Approved Provider to ensure compliance with the National Law, Regulations, and sector standards
About You
- Bachelor’s or Diploma in early childhood education.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Centre Director / Nominated Supervisor
- Strong, working knowledge of the National Quality Framework (NQF), EYLF, and relevant legislation
- Proven leadership capability with the ability to inspire, guide, and retain teams
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Current Child Protection training and a deep commitment to child-safe practices

Pay: $110,000.00 – $125,000.00 per year
