Receptionist – Physiotherapy Clinic

Location: Mickleham, VIC
Position: Receptionist
Employment Type: Part-time

We are seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist to join our busy and growing allied health clinic.

This is an important front-of-house role. You will be the first point of contact for our patients, so we are looking for someone who can provide excellent customer service while remaining organised and efficient in a busy clinic environment.

Your responsibilities will include:

Greeting and assisting patients in a friendly and professional manner
Answering incoming phone calls and responding to enquiries
Managing appointments, bookings and cancellations
Processing payments and invoices
Completing general reception and administrative duties
Communicating with physiotherapists, patients and management
Maintaining an organised and professional reception area
Assisting with other administrative duties and light cleaning as required

The successful applicant will have:

A high standard of personal hygiene and professional presentation
A friendly, welcoming and professional manner
Excellent and clear English communication skills, both verbal and written
An excellent and confident phone manner
The ability to multitask
Strong organisational and time-management skills
The ability to follow instructions and complete tasks thoroughly
The ability to communicate clearly and report important matters to managers
A strong work ethic and willingness to help where needed
The ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Reliability, punctuality and a positive attitude

Experience in a medical, allied health or reception environment will be highly regarded, but is not essential for the right candidate. Training will be provided.

Hours can range from 9am to 7pm- If you are flexible in timings we would love to hear from you.
