About the Role

We're looking for a warm, detail-oriented Guest Experience Agent to be the first and last point of contact for our guests. If you love creating memorable experiences and thrive in a fast-paced, people-focused environment, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do

Welcome guests with a friendly, professional attitude at check-in and check-out
Handle reservations, cancellations, and room assignments accurately
Answer phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries about hotel services, local attractions, and amenities
Process payments and maintain accurate billing records
Resolve guest concerns promptly and escalate issues when needed
Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area
Keep accurate records of guest information in accordance with privacy policies
Assist with administrative tasks such as reports and inventory as needed

What We're Looking For

Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or front desk operations preferred
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
Proficiency with property management systems (PMS) and basic computer software (training provided if needed)
Flexible availability, including weekends, evenings, and holidays
A positive, can-do attitude and genuine passion for guest service
