About the Role
We're looking for a warm, detail-oriented Guest Experience Agent to be the first and last point of contact for our guests. If you love creating memorable experiences and thrive in a fast-paced, people-focused environment, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Do
- Welcome guests with a friendly, professional attitude at check-in and check-out
- Handle reservations, cancellations, and room assignments accurately
- Answer phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries about hotel services, local attractions, and amenities
- Process payments and maintain accurate billing records
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and escalate issues when needed
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area
- Keep accurate records of guest information in accordance with privacy policies
- Assist with administrative tasks such as reports and inventory as needed
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or front desk operations preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
- Proficiency with property management systems (PMS) and basic computer software (training provided if needed)
- Flexible availability, including weekends, evenings, and holidays
- A positive, can-do attitude and genuine passion for guest service

Pay: $24.95 – $45.47 per hour
