Roster Flexibility is Essential: Our kitchen operates on a flexible roster.
Availability: You must be available for shifts during weekends and nights.

Commis Chef (Full-Time or Part-Time)

A vital entry-level role for a motivated chef looking to refine their skills and gain exposure to all kitchen sections.

Role Responsibilities:

Assisting Chef de Parties with meal preparation, cooking, and plating.
Preparation of mise en place for service.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the work station.
Working closely with senior chefs and actively participating in the training of new or younger staff under supervision.

Ideal Candidate:

Relevant commercial cookery qualification (Certificate III or IV).
High level of energy, enthusiasm, and a positive, 'can-do' attitude.
A strong desire to learn and take direction from senior chefs.

Pay: $27.00 – $30.00 per hour

Australia (Required)
