Full Job Description

Build practical skills, work with your hands, and take pride in seeing the finished product you've helped create. Fenestella Products manufactures custom, made to order window furnishings from our factory in Wetherill Park; every job is different, so the work is hands on and varied, not repetitive production line work.

Part time and full time hours are available for the right person. School hours, or other regular commitments can be worked around where it suits both you and the business; let us know the days and hours you're available when you apply, and we'll talk through what's possible.

About the role

Checking measurements and preparing components
Assembling products using tools and equipment
Keeping your work accurate and consistent
Making sure finished products meet quality standards before dispatch

We work to deadlines, but the focus is always on doing the job properly, not rushing product out the door.

What it's like to work here

You're trusted to get on with your work once trained. Expectations are clear, so you'll always know what's required and support is there when you need it, without micromanagement. It's a small team where everyone pulls their weight, in a clean, organised workspace. You'll build real, practical skills over time, with room to take on more responsibility as the business grows.

This role suits you

No previous manufacturing experience is required, if you're mechanically minded or enjoy working with tools, you'll pick this up quickly. Experience in manufacturing, assembly, trades, construction or other hands on work gives you a strong foundation, but practical ability, reliability, attention to detail and a willingness to learn matter more than your resume.

You take pride in neat, accurate work. You're reliable, people can count on you to show up and follow through. You take ownership of your work and the result, not just the task. You're looking for a role to stay in and grow with, not a short term stop.
