We are looking for a passionate Assistant Sales Manager (2IC) to help lead our George St store in NSW in a full-time, fixed-term capacity, with the contract ending in January 2027.
You will be reporting to the Sales Manager and responsible for:
Living and breathing the MECCA values while leading by example.
Driving success and engagement across the store team by supporting performance management and upholding our company values.
Ensuring smooth and efficient store operations that underpin a seamless customer experience.
What You Will Bring

Have a minimum of 12 months' experience in a retail leadership environment.

Have a relentless pursuit of operational excellence, with demonstrated back-of-house experience highly regarded.
Possess exceptional communication, organisation, and stakeholder management skills.
