Sales Executive

Reports to: Centre Owner

Location: Kwik Kopy Kawana Waters

We are searching for a Sales Executive to join our Kawana Waters team on a casual basis. Organised, energetic, and hands-on, this role suits a true sales allrounder who is switched on and loves meeting and talking with people.

Kwik Kopy Kawana Waters is a trusted business supplier of print, design, and signage solutions. We are committed to producing quality products and consistently exceeding customer expectations.

Position Purpose

The primary objective of this role is to drive sales revenue within the assigned territory. Utilizing Kwik Kopy’s proven sales and marketing systems, you will proactively identify new opportunities and nurture existing relationships to grow the centre’s market share.

Key Responsibilities

· Business Development: Proactively identify (PR calls) new businesse clients. You are expected to deliver a minimum of 8-12 PR packs per week to build industry-specific leads.

· GAP Analysis: Conduct audits on existing clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities to introduce new products or services.

· Sales Pipeline: Perform timely follow-ups on all leads and enquiries to convert prospects into active clients.

· Client Consultation: Educate prospects on Kwik Kopy’s full suite of design, print, and signage solutions, tailoring your approach to their specific industry needs.

· Strategic Planning: Organize your territory and develop an efficient customer call cycle to maximize revenue per client.

· Market Research: Utilize our CRM, AI tools, industry databases, and networking groups (e.g., Chambers of Commerce) to identify high-potential prospects.

· CRM Management: Maintain meticulous records in Print Speak CRM. Ensure all call activity, customer data, and PR outreach are logged weekly.

· Safety & Compliance: Conduct all activities in a safe manner, adhering to the Centre’s health and safety policies at all times.

Required Skills & Experience

· Proven Sales Track Record: Demonstrated experience in outbound sales, specifically cold-calling and the ability to confidently close deals.

· Communication Excellence: High-level verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex solutions simply.

· Relationship Building: Strong interpersonal skills with a "natural" ability to build rapport and maintain long-term professional relationships.

· Self-Management: Highly disciplined and organized. You can set achievable goals, plan your week independently, and stay committed to the "numbers" required for success.

· Resilience & Energy: A self-motivated, goal-oriented attitude with the mental toughness to maintain enthusiasm in a fast-paced sales environment.

· Customer Centricity: A deep understanding of what constitutes "world-class service" and a willingness to go the extra mile to ensure client loyalty.

· Driver license and own reliable vehicle
