Seeking Martial Arts, Boxing and Gymnastics Coaches – MyFirstGym Springfield

Hours Flexible

Are you passionate about Martial Arts, boxing or Gymnastics, and making a positive impact on young people?

Looking at earning some extra income whilst making a difference in our kids lives and being an amazing mentor?

MyFirstGym Springfield is looking for an energetic, motivated, and engaging Martial Arts, Boxing and gymnastics coaches to join our coaching team.

This is an exciting opportunity to coach children and teens through fun, challenging, and confidence-building fitness and boxing programs in a supportive, high-energy environment.

About the Role

As an MFG Coach, you'll deliver engaging classes that help members develop strength, fitness, coordination, resilience, and confidence while fostering a lifelong love of movement.

What You'll Be Doing

Deliver high-quality classes.
Create a fun, safe, and inclusive coaching environment.
Motivate and inspire children and teenagers of all abilities.
Build positive relationships with members and families.
Maintain a high standard of safety and professionalism.
Work collaboratively with our coaching team to deliver an exceptional member experience.

Availability

Applicants must be available to work weekday afternoons- days and time negotiable

Essential Requirements

Minimum - Industry experience in relevant field and/or formal qualifications
Current Blue Card
Current First Aid and CPR Certificate (or willingness to obtain before commencing)
Passion for coaching children and helping them succeed
Reliable, energetic, and enthusiastic attitude
Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Desirable

Boxing coaching experience
Experience coaching children or working in the fitness industry
Martial Art coaching experience
Gymnastics coaching experience
