Front of House Sales Consultant – Casual
Overview
The Front of House Sales Consultant plays a key role in supporting the club’s day-to-day operations and achieving performance outcomes. This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, people-focused, and passionate about delivering excellent service and sales performance in a fun, family-friendly environment.
You will support the following areas of the business:
- Membership experience
- Sales acquisition
- Team leadership
- Business operations
You'll also lead the planning and delivery of in-club events such as birthday parties, date nights, and school holiday camps — ensuring every family leaves with a smile!

At MyFirstGym Salisbury, we’re on a mission to inspire movement in every child. We're a kids' fitness facility offering over 60 classes a week for children aged 0–15, along with free play, birthday parties, school holiday camps, and more!

What We’re Looking For
1–2 years’ experience in sales and/or customer service
A genuine love for working with children and families
Confident, friendly, and well-organised
Strong communication and leadership skills
Must be available Monday to Saturday
You must hold:
- A valid Working With Children Blue Card
- Current First Aid & CPR certification
Key Responsibilities
- Provide a warm, engaging, and high-quality experience to all members and guests
- Coordinate and execute events: birthday parties, date nights, holiday camps, etc.
- Lead by example and support the team with enthusiasm
- Manage the club in the absence of the Club Manager
- Member retention and cancellation management
- Follow up prospects and support new membership acquisition
- Maintain club presentation and safety standards
- GymMaster administration and reporting
- Assist with social media and local community engagement
- Business-to-business outreach and lead generation
- Handle stock orders and complete incident reports when required
