Need Trade Services is searching for Qualified Plumbers to join our supportive and values driven team on a full-time basis.

We are seeking qualified - field based plumbers, with experience in either Small to Medium Commercial Projects and/or Commercial & Domestic Maintenance. Are you someone who shows leadership, a commitment to culture and a desire for a long term career within our team?

What we do?

Our business comprises of Building, Roof Plumbing, Electrical & Plumbing divisions where we conduct; multi-trade projects, commercial upgrades & installs, along with general maintenance services. We support clients across a variety of sectors including, but not limited to; commercial & corporate facilities, strata, defence, tourism development sites, independent living communities & maintenance with community housing providers (excluding Housing Trust).

As a Maintenance Plumber, your primary focus will involve:

General Maintenance
Hot water systems & compliance servicing
Gas Testing, Upgrades & Leak Detection
Stormwater & Drainage Maintenance, Repairs & Rectification
Water Leak Detection
CCTV & Hydro-jetting
General Maintenance
Domestic Renovations & Refurbishments
Preventative Maintenance
Temperature Control Testing

Are you someone who:

Is willing to learn and adapt to our technology systems & processes for efficient field work
Values communication and thrives in a team environment, but can work independently
Takes pride in their workmanship & has high attention to detail
Is able to take direction and follow timelines & scopes accurately
Is a forward thinker, who can delegate and direct other project team members throughout the duration of the projects
