Marketing Specialist

Location: Adelaide, South Australia

Employment Type: Full-time (38 hours per week)

Salary: $85,000 – $88,000 per annum + Superannuation + Annual Performance Bonus

About Us

Homes Supermarket is one of Adelaide's leading Asian supermarket groups, proudly serving the local community through four conveniently located stores across South Australia. With approximately 100 employees across the group, we have built a strong reputation for offering an extensive range of authentic Asian groceries, fresh produce, frozen foods, beverages and specialty products from across Asia, together with outstanding customer service and a modern shopping experience. Our business continues to grow through expanding retail operations, digital platforms and customer engagement initiatives.

As our business continues to expand, we are seeking an experienced and creative Marketing Specialist to support the ongoing development of our brand, strengthen customer engagement and drive sales across both our physical stores and digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop, implement and evaluate integrated marketing strategies and promotional campaigns to increase brand awareness and customer traffic.

2. Conduct market research and analyse consumer behaviour, industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.

3. Coordinate seasonal promotions, product launches, in-store events and community marketing initiatives across multiple store locations.

4. Manage digital marketing activities including website content, social media platforms, email marketing and online advertising campaigns.

5. Work closely with suppliers to plan and deliver co-branded marketing campaigns and promotional activities.

6. Analyse campaign performance using marketing data and customer insights, preparing reports and recommending improvements.

7. Support the development and management of the company's membership and customer loyalty programs to improve customer retention.

8. Coordinate the production of marketing materials, including catalogues, promotional signage, digital content and point-of-sale displays.

9. Collaborate with store management and operational teams to ensure marketing initiatives are effectively implemented across all locations.

10. Assist management in strengthening the Homes Supermarket brand and supporting future business growth.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

ü A bachelor's degree or higher qualification in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related discipline.

ü Previous experiences(at least 2 years) in marketing, retail marketing or digital marketing

ü Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media and consumer engagement strategies.

ü Strong analytical and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

ü Experience with marketing analytics, CRM systems or digital advertising platforms will be highly regarded.

ü A proactive attitude, creativity and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
