About the role
The Senior Fundraising Manager – Bequests is accountable for the Donor Lifecycle Strategy to build a sustainable portfolio of considerers, intenders and confirmed bequestors attract new donors, build retention, loyalty and grow lifetime value with these bequestors, to increase revenue to Red Cross.
This role has accountability for bequests strategy and annual planning, significant revenue and expenditure budget, using data and insights, segments and journeys to deliver end to end execution to acquiring new supporters, drive retention, and growth. You will work collaboratively with peers in marketing and communications utilising multi-channel, multi-touch direct marketing.
What you will bring
- Substantial Bequest Fundraising Program management experience
- Proven success in people management and in a leadership position, contributing to a leadership team
- Substantial experience in managing large income and expenditure budgets to achieve measurable outcomes and performance goals
- A strong track record of developing and delivering effective acquisition, retention, and growth strategies
- Success leading multi-skilled teams, setting, and managing revenue and engagement objectives
- Demonstrated experience in a Direct Marketing environment
