Casual Physiotherapy Practice Receptionist:

Waterfront Physiotherapy & Pilates is seeking a Casual receptionist to join our practice at Wentworth Point (Sydney Olympic Park Area). The shift required to be filled at present is just a Thursday morning 8.30am-11.30pm . We may also have other shifts pending other current staff members uni timetable confirmation. The shifts required may change at times in the year also based on other staffs availabilities so we do our best to coordinate staff to ensure we cover all shifts so ask that if you are applying you are happy to vary shifts in future as this is a casual role so some variability is required. Some flexibility is also required at times to cover other shifts also when able when other staff are away as we alwys appreciate our staff helping each other out when needed.

Our practice provides quality Physiotherapy, Pilates and rehabilitative services including private consultations and group classes utilising our fully equipped clinical Pilates studio.

Successful applicants should have:

Friendly, happy demeanour and good personal presentation
Good ability to communicate to clients and staff both verbal and written
Professional manner
Good time management skills and ability to multi task
Confidence to work independently
Quick at learning processes and procedures
Proficient computer skills
Be flexible to work extra hours or to cover other shifts in busy periods.
Prior experience in health administration is an advantage
We use FRONTDESK Physiotherapy practice management software , skills in past use of this program is of value but not essential as training will be provided

Duties include:

Answering phone/email enquiries and making patient appointments
Greet and assist patients
Manage patient payments, invoicing and receipts
General office duties including banking, data entry, account management, scanning and filing
Insurance/CTP/WC administration
General practice cleaning duties
