We are seeking an organised and detail-oriented Operations Assistant to join our team with a specific focus on transport and warehousing.

We are seeking an organised and detail-oriented Operations Assistant to join our team with a specific focus on transport and warehousing. As an Operations Assistant, your main responsibilities will involve data entry, customer follow-up, and providing support to the operations team.

Key Responsibilities:

Accurate and timely data entry of transport and warehousing information into relevant systems.
Assist with tracking and monitoring shipments, ensuring accurate documentation and timely updates.
Conduct customer follow-up to ensure satisfaction and address any queries or concerns.
Assist in coordinating and scheduling transport and warehouse activities.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and customer service.
Provide general administrative support, including filing, record keeping, and document management.

Requirements:

Strong attention to detail and ability to work with data entry and administrative tasks.
Excellent organisational and time management skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for customer follow-up.
Proficient computer skills, including data entry and MS Office applications.
Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.
Previous experience in transport or warehousing operations is a plus.
Familiarity with relevant software and systems used in the industry is an advantage.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
