The role
You'll pick and pack customer orders to a consistent standard, ready for daily courier pickup. Day to day that means:
- Picking accurately against pick lists and order slips
- Packing orders securely and to brand standard
- Receiving, checking, and putting away incoming stock
- Labelling and scanning through our warehouse and courier systems
- Keeping packing stations and stock areas clean and organised
- Flagging stock discrepancies, damage, or quality issues to your supervisor
- Helping with stocktakes and general housekeeping
- Following safe manual handling procedures — every time
What you'll need
- Comfortable with repetitive lifting and manual handling up to 15kg (heavier loads are handled with equipment)
- Strong attention to detail — we ship a lot of orders, and a wrong item costs us twice
- Reliable and punctual; the dispatch cut-off doesn't move
- Works well in a small team
- Warehouse, pick/pack, or material handling experience preferred but not essential
- Own transport recommended — public transport to Mulgrave is limite
Pay: $26.68 – $31.00 per hour
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Mulgrave VIC: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
