Bartender- Monday- Friday $34.96, Saturday $41.95, Sunday $48.94, Public Holiday $69.92 + Super + Tips (10-20 hours in July, up to 38 from August)
Runner- Monday- Friday $33.85, Saturday $40.62, Sunday $40.62, Public Holiday $67.69 + Super + Tips (10-20 hours in July, up to 38 from August)
Section Waiter- Monday- Friday $34.96, Saturday $41.95, Sunday $48.94, Public Holiday $69.92 + Super + Tips (10-20 hours in July, up to 38 from August)
Sommelier – Rate depends on qualifications and experience.

What we are looking for

2+ years’ experience in a fine dining or high-volume restaurant environment
For the Sommelier role, preferably Level 2 WSET or higher, or equivalent professional experience and strong knowledge of wine.
Strong knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails, spirits, wine, and beer
For bartender- confident in making cocktails with speed, accuracy, and consistency, experience with bar setup, stock control, and maintaining par levels
Ability to handle multiple orders at once while staying calm under pressure
Excellent customer service skills with a strong focus on guest experience
Strong communication skills and ability to work closely with floor and kitchen teams
Valid RSA and full Australian working rights
Availability to work nights, weekends, and busy service periods
