THE ROLE
We're looking for a highly creative and commercially minded Creative Marketing Specialist to join our high-performing Marketing team on a full-time basis at our Coomera Support Office .
Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you'll lead the creative development and delivery of marketing assets across digital, social, eCommerce and retail channels. This role is ideal for someone with strong practical experience leveraging AI technologies to enhance creative production, streamline workflows and deliver high-performing marketing campaigns.
Combining graphic design, AI-powered creative production and performance marketing, you'll develop engaging, conversion-focused campaigns that help grow our brand and drive customer acquisition.
This is a fast-paced role where no two days are the same. You'll collaborate across Marketing, Digital, eCommerce and Commercial teams, produce creative for multiple channels, leverage the latest AI tools to improve creative workflows, and continuously test, learn and optimise campaign performance.
Creative, AI & Campaign Delivery
- Develop high-performing creative across paid media, eCommerce, CRM, social and digital campaigns.
- Translate briefs into compelling, conversion-focused creative and produce variations for testing and optimisation.
- Use AI tools to accelerate creative production, generate concepts, copy, imagery and video, and build efficient prompting workflows.
- Stay across emerging AI and creative technologies to improve output, speed and innovation while maintaining brand consistency.
Performance Marketing
- Partner with the Digital Marketing team to develop high-converting, direct-response creative.
- Apply Meta best practices including hooks, retention strategies and conversion-focused design principles.
- Support A/B testing through multiple creative concepts and ongoing optimisation to improve campaign performance.
Design, Brand & Collaboration
- Design high-quality assets across digital, web, email, social and retail channels.
- Ensure consistent brand execution across all customer touchpoints.
- Manage creative workflows, priorities and asset libraries to ensure timely campaign delivery.
- Collaborate with Marketing, eCommerce and Commercial teams, and coordinate external creative suppliers where required.
Continuous Improvement
- Monitor creative trends, competitor activity and emerging formats.
- Identify opportunities to improve creative processes, efficiency and campaign effectiveness.
Contribute ideas that enhance marketing performance and customer engagement.

ABOUT YOU
You're a passionate creative who thrives at the intersection of design, marketing and technology. You enjoy bringing ideas to life, love exploring new AI tools and are driven by creating content that delivers measurable business results.
You'll bring:
- Extensive hands-on experience using AI-powered creative tools (such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, Runway, Adobe Firefly, Veo, Kling or similar) to create high-quality marketing assets and streamline creative workflows.
- 5+ years' experience in graphic design, creative marketing or digital marketing.
- Strong experience creating high-performing creative across paid social, email, web and eCommerce.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma or similar design platforms.
- A solid understanding of performance marketing principles, particularly Meta advertising and conversion-focused creative.
- Strong visual storytelling and creative problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A collaborative, proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
- Experience within retail, eCommerce or consumer brands is highly regarded.
Qualifications in Graphic Design, Marketing, Digital Media or a related discipline are desirable.
