About the Role

As a Casual Sales Associate, you will play a key role in delivering an elevated customer experience while supporting the achievement of store sales and operational goals. You will bring the Coach brand to life through exceptional service, product expertise, and a positive team-driven approach.

What We're Looking For

Previous experience in retail sales, fashion, lifestyle, premium, or luxury retail preferred.
A genuine passion for customer service and delivering exceptional experiences.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
A proactive, positive, and results-driven mindset.
Confidence in working towards sales goals and KPIs.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including weekends, late-night trading, public holidays, and peak retail periods.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver outstanding customer service and create memorable shopping experiences.
Engage customers through personalised styling and product recommendations.
Build strong customer relationships to drive loyalty and repeat business.
Achieve individual and team sales targets and KPIs.
Maintain a high level of product knowledge across Coach collections.
Support daily store operations, including POS transactions, stock replenishment, and inventory tasks.
Ensure visual merchandising standards and store presentation are maintained.
Work collaboratively with the store team to achieve business objectives.
