Join our team at RIGCOM, a leading provider of height safety, rope access and wind energy solutions dedicated to ensuring the safety of workers in various industries. At RIGCOM, we're committed to excellence in providing high-quality products and services that meet and exceed safety standards.

About the Role

Reporting to the NSW General Manager, the Technical Office Supervisor will provide day to day operational support, manage client communication, coordinate office based activities and support our technicians to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and safely.

This role will suit someone who enjoys problem-solving, working with clients and on-site technicians and being the link between office operations and site work delivery.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

Manage day to day client interactions, including responding to enquiries, resolving issues and providing timely updates.
Provide office-based support and troubleshooting assistance to technicians.
Work closely with the Scheduler to support efficient resource allocation and job delivery.
Work towards developing estimating capability, including preparing quotes from observation reports and supporting client proposals.
Manage permitting schedules and client requirements (including Ventia and USYD requirements).
Assist with job creation, task tracking, and maintaining accurate records within Simpro.
Support job close-out processes, including updating systems and ensuring required documentation is completed.
Build strong relationships with technicians and identify opportunities to improve service delivery and support business growth.

About You

You will be a proactive professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced operational environment. To be successful in this role, you will have:

Practical understanding of height safety systems, fall arrest or rope access work - through industry exposure
While formal height safety qualifications are not mandatory, candidates should have a strong technical background or hands-on experience to interpret observation reports, prepare accurate quotes, and provide technical support to field technicians.
Strong customer service and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Confidence communicating with both office-based teams and field technicians.
Knowledge of Fluix, Pervidi and simPRO highly regarded.
A problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently and escalate issues when required.

Desirable Experience

Experience within construction or a broader technical services environment.
Exposure to estimating and preparing client proposals.
Understanding of compliance documentation, permits and service delivery processes.
