Liverpool Hospital Physiotherapy Department is seeking motivated Allied Health Assistants (Level 2– to join the team on a permanent full-time basis. This exciting opportunity offers exposure to a wide variety of clinical settings while working alongside experienced Physiotherapists and Allied Health Assistants. With opportunities for professional development, education, and a formal supervision structure, you'll be supported to grow your skills while contributing to high-quality patient care.

Rotate through a variety of acute clinical areas including orthopaedics, respiratory, neurosurgery, amputee services, and rehabilitation
Assist in the delivery of Physiotherapy services across a busy and dynamic hospital environment
Contribute to stock ordering, equipment management, and the efficient operation of the department
Join a supportive team of Allied Health Assistants working collaboratively across multiple clinical specialties
Access ongoing professional development, education opportunities, and a formal supervision structure

Selection Criteria
To help us assess your suitability for the role, please tell us as much as you can about yourself in response to the questions below.

Certificate IV in Allied Health Assistance or relevant qualification or Minimum 12 months full-time equivalent relevant experience with commitment to undertake the Certificate IV in AHA within 12 month period
Demonstrated ability to prioritise workload, meet deadlines and complete activities (including ability to work within scope of practice and seek assistance when required) as delegated by supervising Allied Health Professional
Demonstrated effective interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate across all levels
Demonstrated good organisational skills, ability to work independently and as a member of a team
